Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of TRIMS, a software platform for repair-center operations. They are written as a general international baseline and may be supplemented by terms agreed with your organization where applicable.

Last updated: 11 September 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing TRIMS, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use TRIMS for a business or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to use the service on its behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the service.

2. The TRIMS service

TRIMS provides software for repair-center operations, including workflows such as customer and device records, repair orders, staff access, warehouse operations, internal communication, accounting-related workflows, and other features made available through the service.

Features may differ by plan, organization, role, region, release stage, or configuration. Some features may be introduced, changed, paused, or discontinued as the product develops.

3. Accounts, access, and session security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and using only the access granted to you. Do not share credentials in a way that gives another person unauthorized access to your account or organization.

TRIMS uses authenticated sessions to keep users signed in and to authorize protected requests. You should sign out from shared devices and promptly report suspected unauthorized access through the support channels available in TRIMS.

4. Organizations, repair centers, and tenant data

TRIMS is designed so operational data belongs to the relevant repair-center or organization workspace. Users may access organization data only when they are authorized to do so.

The organization using TRIMS is responsible for deciding what business information it enters into the service and for ensuring that its users have appropriate permissions. You must not attempt to access another organization's data or bypass TRIMS access controls.

5. Acceptable use

You may use TRIMS only for lawful, authorized purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Do not use TRIMS to violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, tenant isolation, rate limits, or security controls.
  • Do not introduce malware, malicious code, destructive automation, or activity intended to disrupt the service.
  • Do not use another person's account or impersonate another person without authorization.
  • Do not copy, probe, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Business and personal data entered into TRIMS

Repair centers may enter information about their customers, devices, employees, suppliers, transactions, repair activity, and other operational matters. The organization and its authorized users are responsible for ensuring that they are permitted to collect, enter, use, and disclose that information through TRIMS.

Where personal data is involved, users must provide any notices, obtain any permissions or consents, and follow any other requirements that apply to their own processing activities. Our handling of personal data through the service is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

TRIMS may rely on third-party infrastructure or service providers for functions such as hosting, email delivery, file handling, or other technical operations. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices when you interact with them directly.

8. Plans, subscriptions, and charges

Where a paid TRIMS plan or paid feature applies, the price, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and included features are the terms presented or otherwise agreed for that purchase or subscription. If separate commercial terms conflict with these Terms on a commercial point, the separately agreed commercial terms control that point.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep TRIMS available and reliable, but no online service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption or error. Maintenance, infrastructure failures, security events, network conditions, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

We may change the service where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal requirements, product improvement, or operational reasons.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, data, or security; to address unlawful or abusive use; to enforce these Terms; or to comply with legal obligations. Where appropriate and permitted, reasonable steps may be taken to notify the affected organization or user.

You may stop using TRIMS at any time. Account or organization closure, export, deletion, billing, and retention may also be subject to the plan, organization settings, applicable law, and any separately agreed terms.

11. Intellectual property

TRIMS and its software, interface, branding, documentation, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of TRIMS intellectual property to you.

You retain the rights you have in content and business data that you or your organization lawfully provide to TRIMS. You grant the permissions reasonably necessary for the service to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise handle that content to provide and secure the service.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TRIMS is provided on an available basis without a guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business or regulatory requirement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from the service may be limited by applicable subscription or commercial terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer or data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. International use and applicable law

TRIMS may be used by organizations and users in multiple regions, including Europe, the United States, North Africa, and Arab countries. Laws differ between jurisdictions, and using TRIMS in one country may create obligations that do not apply in another.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your own business activities and use of the service. Mandatory local rights continue to apply where the law provides them. A specific governing law or dispute forum may be established in separately agreed commercial terms where appropriate.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements, or business arrangements change. The updated version will show a new revision date. Where applicable law or the nature of a material change requires additional notice or renewed agreement, we will take the steps required for that change.

15. Contact

For questions about these Terms, use the support or contact channel made available through TRIMS. If your account is provided through a repair center or other organization, you may also contact that organization's administrator for account- or workspace-specific questions.
